Canon has announced its newest rugged PowerShot D30 digital compact system camera. It’s waterproof to world’s deepest underwater performance (as compact type cameras) of an astonishing 25m/82 ft, temperature resistant from -10° C/14° F to 40° C/105° F and shockproof to 2m/6.5 ft.
Canon PowerShot D30 rugged camera features a 12.1-megapixel CMOS sensor, a 28-140mm equivalent lens, a bright 3″, 460k-dot LCD screen, Full HD videos, as well as an on-board GPS module. Its special underwater shooting mode and the easily accessible Custom White Balance function allow you to quickly adjust settings for natural colours when submerged.
