Fujifilm X-H2S Official Recommended Memory Cards
Fujifilm released a list of CF Express cards along with their capabilities and limitations. Check out the recommended Fujifilm X-H2S CFexpress Type B and UHS-II memory cards.
Fujifilm has unveiled its new high-end APS-C camera, the X-H2S. It arrives four years after the X-H1 and Fuji plans to announce a X-H2 with 40MP at a later date. The X-H2S has two slots that each take a different type of card. Slot #1 is compatible with CFexpress Cards (Type B), which allows the camera to record video with the Apple Prores codec internally. Slot #2 takes SD UHS-II cards.
CFexpress cards have superior writing and reading speed, are thicker but are also more expensive. Out of all the cards mentioned below, the four cards without any compromise in performance are:
- Delkin Black – from 64GB to 650GB
- ProGrade Cobalt 1700R – from 325GB to 650GB
- Lexar Gold – from 128GB to 512GB
- Lexar Diamond – from 128GB to 256GB
The Fujifilm X-H2S features an evolved AF system capable of shooting up to 40 frames per second and offering newly developed subject-recognition AF technology and can even film 6.2K/30P and 4K/120P video.
