After the newly announced Tamron 11-20mm f/2.8 Di III-A RXD lens for Sony E-mount APS-C mirrorless cameras, Tamron is on the verge to unveil another APS-C E-mount Lens. The new glass will offer 18-300mm focal length and the aperture size is unknown at the moment.

Tamron 18-300mm APS-C lens will sure be a great travel and walkaround lens for Sony APS-C E-mount mirrorless cameras. Even the official announcement date is unclear at the moment, expect it to be announced soon.

For now if you are looking for an affordable wide angle zoom; the Tamron 11-20mm f/2.8 APS-C E-mount Lens is now available for pre-order at Adorama and B&H for $829. The lens is an ideal lens for landscape, astrophotography, and architectural shooting.

there will be an new Tamron 18-300mm lens for Sony APC in the near future. i have already seen sample lenses.
