Nikon “DF-Style” APS-c Mirrorless Camera Coming in Late June
Nikon DF Style APS-C Mirrorless Camera Announcement is imminent. According to recent reports, Nikon “retro-inspired”APS-C format mirrorless camera will be announced by the end of June 2021.
If this rumor is true and we encounter a Nikon DF-style APS-c mirrorless camera in the near future, we can predict that Nikon will follow Fuji’s path in this segment.
Although the features of the Nikon rangefinder-style mirrorless camera are not clear yet, when we look at the high-end models that Fuji has announced recently, such as the X-T4, X-Pro3, we see that IBIS, video shooting and sensor quality come to the fore. It can be expected for a new APS-c camera that especially IBIS and video shooting capability are at a high level.
Here is everything we know about this Nikon “Retro-Inspired” mirrorless camera so far:
- APS-C mirrorless camera
- Nikon Df-inspired mirrorless camera with mechanical dials and articulating screen
- Very thin camera body without a handgrip
The exact announcement date is still unknown.
