Olympus High-end OM-D Camera Will Be Priced Around €1,500
A new high-end Olympus OM-D camera expected to be announced in September. Recent rumors show that Olympus first High-End OM-D camera could be priced around 1.500 Euro in Europe. This is the body only price for the new high-end Olympus camera.
Olympus High-end OM-D camera will be more expensive than other APS-C DSLR cameras like the Nikon D7100 currently selling $1200 at Amazon or the newly announced Canon EOS 70D camera selling $1200 at Amazon. Tt will also has the same price as the full frame Canon 6D. If the rumor is true we all going to see how this high-end camera will compete against DSLR ones.

The upcoming Olympus rumored to be called as OM-D E-M1 and it will NOT replace the current E-M5 camera. New high-end OM-D camera with a hybrid Four Thirds – Micro Four Thirds mount. This means the OM-D E-M1 will have 100% full support for both micro four thirds and four thirds lenses.
