Canon filed two new patents for RF 70-300mm f/3.5-5.6 & RF 100-500mm f/5.6-6.4 lenses in USA and Japan. Both lens patents are RF mount ultra-wide zoom lenses.

The first one in the patent application describes a RF 70-300mm f/3.5-5.6lens which will be good companion for the RF 28-70mm f/2L USM lens. The second one is RF 100-500mm f/5.6-6.4 lens, similar to RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM Lens.
