Canon Full Frame Mirrorless Camera Might Arrive After Photokina 2018
According to recent reports, the upcoming Canon full frame mirrorless camera will not be announced ahead of the Photokina show that starts on September 26.
The company is told to announce two new full frame mirrorless cameras with 24MP and 30.4MP sensors just like Nikon. But it is possible that Canon could wait for Nikon to get all the attention at Photokina 2018 event with the Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z7 models.
Then Canon might announce their new full frame mirrorless solution after the big photography event. Unlike Nikon, Canon is not in a rush to enter the mirrorless market since the company already has 50% global camera market share and is already #1 in the mirrorless segment in Japan. More details after the break!
