Adobe Lightroom 6.12, CC 2015.12 and Camera Raw 9.12 Released

Adobe released the Lightroom 6.12 and Camera RAW 9.12 software updates. Adobe Lightroom 6.12, CC 2015.12 and Camera Raw 9.12 adds supports for the newly announced Canon EOS 6D Mark II, EOS Rebel SL2, Leica TL2, Nikon D7500, Olympus Tough TG-5 cameras

The goal of this release is to provide additional camera raw support, lens profile support and address bugs that were introduced in previous releases of Lightroom. The updates also add several new colour matching camera profiles and a few general bug fixes have been made to Camera RAW. This includes GPU related performance improvements in several areas including panning, zooming and the local adjustment brush.

Adobe has announced more updates for Lightroom iOS and Android. Lightroom Mobile now has the selective brush tool  Check them out here.

An update on GPU Issues

Customers may still be experiencing crashing with earlier versions of AMD GPU drivers.  Please update to the AMD Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.7.1 to resolve this issue.

Please select Help > Updates to use the update mechanism in the Creative Cloud app.
