Sony QX30 and New Z3 Could Be Announced on September 3rd, 2014
Sony is rumored to announce the new QX30 Cyber-shot lens camera module and the Z3 smartphone on September 3 at IFA Berlin 2014.
Sony sent out an invitation for a press event related to the IFA show in Berlin. Sony will unveil their new products which probably include the new Z3 smartphone and the QX30 (with 30x zoom).
The QX30 will be a replacement for the current QX10 lens camera module for smart phones.

Previously, the Sony QX30 has been registered on the Korea Radio Research Laboratory website along with the A5100 E-mount mirrorless camera. Now the QX30 Cyber-shot lens-style camera expected to arrive on September 3, 2014. Sony may also introduce the Z30 which will be the world’s first smartphone powered by a curved sensor.
In the meantime, the Sony DSC-QX10 lens camera features a 10x zoom lens and 1/2.3″ Exmor R BSI CMOS sensor and the BIONZ image processor and currently priced for $170.
The official announcement for the new Sony products will happen just before the Photokina 2014 show.
