With 179g weight and smaller size, the new lens features 7 groups of 10 elements, including 2 high-refractive elements and 2 ED (Extra-low Dispersion) elements. The optimized structure reduces size while maintaining image quality.
The body is metal, with a laconic design. At the same time, the manufacturer managed to make it significantly lighter – 176 g (199 g) and smaller – 49 mm long (65 mm). As with the first version, firmware updates are provided via the USB Type-C connector on the rear cover of the lens.
