Sony FE 24-200mm F2.8-4.5 G OSS Lens to be Announced Soon
Let’s take a look at the latest news on the Sony side. Looking at the current leaked rumors, the next Sony GM lens will be the Sony FE 24-200mm F2.8-4.5 G OSS Lens.
The current Sony FE 24-240mm F3.5-6.3 lens (Amazon/ B&H) was released in 2015 and is quite old, and there have been many requests for a model change, so the arrival of a new high-power zoom lens is likely to be greatly welcomed by Sony E-mount users. However, the new model is considerably brighter with an F value of F2.8-4.5, and the zoom range is shorter at the tele end, so it may be a new lens rather than a direct successor to the FE 24-240mm.
