The Nikon Z6 II is the most versatile Z series camera yet, balancing speed, power, low-light ability, and advanced video features for dynamic creators who need pro-level performance and reliability. Revolving around a 24.5MP BSI CMOS sensor and dual EXPEED 6 image processors, the Nikon Z6 II is characterized by an increased buffer depth and faster continuous shooting rate, up to 14 fps with single-point AF or 12 fps shooting in other focusing modes, and it is capable of recording UHD 4K 30p videos as well as Full HD 120p for slow motion. The sensor also suits working in a variety of lighting conditions, with sensitivity from ISO 100-51200, and in-body 5-axis Vibration Reduction reduces the appearance of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting.

The Z6 II is a camera that does well at just about everything. It’s comfortable to shoot with and its performance is reliably good. Its AF system is effective, though not at simple to use as its rivals’, and battery life isn’t particularly impressive, but if you’re looking for an enthusiast camera that will do a bit of everything, it’s well worth considering.Good for:
Stills and video capture in a variety of situations
Not so good for:
Carefree shooting in fast-changing conditions
