Here are the leaked the images of the upcoming “PENTAX K-3 Mark III”. It is expected to be announced in 2021. You can see from the pictures that the Pentax K-3 III body makes a big leap over the K-3 II.
The joystick on the back and the still and video switching dial on the top are different. Also, it seems that the GPS button on the left side of the penta part is gone. Check out the Pentax K-3 Mark III images below.
Ricoh made a very detailed announcement last week regarding the flagship DSLR camera with APS-c sensor. The camera has been in development and with this announcement the name is confirmed as the Pentax K-3 Mark III, plus pricing information and expected release date.
Ricoh has released further details on the next Pentax DSLR. It will be called the Pentax K-3 III, and comes with a 26mp APS-C sensor. Here are some of the key features from the video released by Pentax:
- New optical viewfinder, with 1.05x magnification, new glass material
- New shutter control mechanism, Touch-screen for improved operation, Improved user interface
- 1.6 million ISO (ISO100 to 1.6million) – Dramatic improvement in image quality, image sensor, image engine, and accelerator completely redesigned with
- Improved continuous shooting and tracking performance, 12fps continuous shooting, improved AF, with wider coverage and improved tracking for moving subjects
- 200,000 yen expected price ($1911 US, £1469 at current exchange rates)
