Along with the entry-level Canon EOS RP full frame mirrorless camera, Canon will be announcing at least 5 new RF lenses. These lenses are the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS, RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS, RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS, RF 85mm f/1.2L, RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM.
According to the reports, the official announcement will happen on February 14th. This major announcement from Canon will unveil the promised “holy trinity“. We will also see the already rumored the RF 85mm f/1.2L which is a perfect companion for portrait and indoor photography.
The most exciting one could be the RF 24-240mm f/4-6.3 IS USM lens, as this will be the first superzoom for EOS R ($2,299 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama) camera and it will likely be available in a kit.
