Canon EOS RP Coming with at Least 2 RF Lenses
Canon is on the verge to announce a new mirrorless camera called “Canon EOS RP“. The entry-level full frame will be officially announced in mid February, 2019 along with two new RF-series lenses.
Official announcement of the Canon EOS RP camera is expected ahead of WPPI show 2019 and CP+ show 2019; two events by the end of February. See Canon EOS R Review.
We have less information in hand about the upcoming EOS RP camera, but to wrap up what we know so far here is a short list of features.

- 26MP full frame sensor
- Wi-Fi · Bluetooth installed
- Body price around $1,500
- No top touch bar
- Options: EOS RP Body, EOS RP w/ RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Lens Kit
- To be announced ahead of CP+ Show 2019, around mid February, 2019

Canon will have a new product announcement in next month, around mid February, just ahead of CP+ Show 2019 (Thu, Feb 28, 2019 – Sun, Mar 3, 2019). If the Canon EOS RP as predicted, the entry-level full frame as a mirrorless camera, we can foresee that the sales price could be around $1,500.
