Nikon D6 DSLR to be Announced Soon in early 2019
Nikon will update its flagship FX-format camera in 2019. The product in question is the Nikon D6 DSLR which is rumored to be announced soon.
According to recent reports, we will probably get the development announcement in the beginning of January during the 2019 CES show. As seen in the latest development announcements, the company will launch the Nikon D6 DSLR in a few months period.
So expect the official announcement of the Nikon D6 DSLR before or at the CP+ 2019 event starts on February 28 to March 3.
In 2018, Nikon did quite a good job with the Nikon full frame mirrorless cameras, Nikon D3500, Nikon P1000. We have seen the Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z7, Z-mount Lenses and FTZ lens adapter and from 2019 time to see FX-format cameras. The first one would be the Nikon D6 DSLR.
Nikon D6 DSLR Could be Unveiled at CES 2019 show
Nikon generally announces its the top-level FX-format flagship DSLR camera at the CES event just beginning of the year. We’ve always witnessed the same announcement dates for the Nikon D4, D4s and the latest Nikon D5.
The rumor mill didn’t provide details or specs sheet for the Nikon D6 DSLR at the moment. Our guess that it will have a slightly more advanced sensor. In this case, we can foresee that the continuous shooting speed of 12 fps will be slightly lower.
