At Photokina 2018, Samyang shows off world’s widest full frame lens for DSLR cameras; the Samyang XP 10mm f/3.5.
The XP 10mm f/3.5 lens is a full frame optic and based on the moniker, we know that it’s part of Samyang’s manual focus eXcellence in Performance series of lenses. This means the XP lenses are designed to resolve over 50 megapixels for photography purposes, and easily capture crisp 8K video.
The Samyang XP 50mm F1.2 is the third lens of the premium XP series following in the footsteps of the XP 85mm f/1.2 and XP 14mm f/2.4. When becomes official the Samyang XP 10mm f/3.5 will be the fourth lens in the series.

According to Samyang it is the world’s widest full frame lens. The lens displayed on Photokina 2018 show has a Canon EF lens mount.

The lens boasts a zero distortion recti-linear design and Glass Mold aspherical lens elements. Samyang say it will work with 50-megapixel high-resolution cameras.
