Samyang Optics has announced its first autofocus lens for Canon DSLR cameras. Designed for full frame cameras, the AF 14mm f/2.8 EF delivers a quiet, fast and accurate autofocus system.
The optical construction features a total of 15 lenses in 10 groups that include 7 special optic lenses to maximise image quality. The compact Samyang AF 14mm F2.8 EF weighs only 485g without lens caps and hood and also features weather-sealing and a built-in AF/MF switch. The optic offers a 35mm equivalent of 21mm for APS-c sensor cameras like EOS 77D and 80D.
New Rokinon AF 14mm f/2.8 EF lens price in US is $999. It will be available for pre-order soon at Amazon. The release date for this wide-angle lens is February 2018.
