The Fujifilm X-mount lens line-up will have a new addition called XF 8-16mm f/2.8 WR, which will be released in mid-2018.
The wide-angle zoom lens will be intended for landscape, architecture, and interior photography. The maximum aperture will stand at constant f/2.8 throughout the zoom range. The lens will provide a full-frame focal length equivalent of about 12-24mm.
With the XF 16-55mm F2.8 R LM WR and XF 50-140mm F2.8 R LM OIS WR, the lineup will cover F2.8 aperture across the entire zoom range from wide to telephoto.
