Tamron SP 85mm f/1.8 Di VC USD lens is slightly longer and more heavier than the Nikon’s AF-S 85mm f/1.8G model. Tamron’s 85mm has more optical elements and image stabilization too.
The price of the Tamron’s new prime lens is unknown at the moment. Avaiability is slated for 24 March 2016 and it will be more expensive than the Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.8G model which is currently selling for $476.95.
