Olympus will announce the M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm f/4 PRO telephoto prime lens at CES event which starts on January 6, 2016 as the first set of specifications leaked ahead of the announcement.
According to latest Olympus rumors, the 300mm f/4 PRO lens will feature 17 lens elements in 10 groups. The weather sealed lens will have a price tag of 2,600 Euro in Europe (around $2,499 in US).
The Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO Lens will be a new telephoto prime lens for Micro Four Thirds cameras which provides a 35mm focal length equivalent of 600mm. Weight of the lens will be 1,475g.
