Sony To Anounce A6100 and New E-mount Lenses on September 11

Sony is rumored to announce the A6100 mirrorless interchangeable lens camera and new E-mount lenses on September  11, 2015.

According to latest Sony rumors, the A6000 successor model which will probably be named as the Sony A6100 will have a new 24 megapixel sensor with 15% better ISO performance. The anonymous source also states that there won’t be 4K video recording capability.

Sony A6000 successor camera previously mentioned several times as the A7000 E-mount shooter. But  the popular APS-c mirrorless camera might have the A6100 name and follow the A5000 series path. We’ll see if it will be announced on Friday.
