Sony released a new firmware update for the A7RII highly popular big-megapixel full frame mirrorless interchangeable lens camera.
The firmware update version 1.10 for Sony A7RII reduces the chance of the camera changing to front focus when shooting certain scenes and improves continuous shooting at Hi speed so that it can be used as long with the flash as without the flash.

Changes in this new firmware:
- Reduces the chance of the camera changing to front focus when shooting certain scenes.
Note: This symptom rarely occurs. - Decreases chroma noise when Long Exposure NR (Noise Reduction) is set to Off.
Note: The noise does not occur when Long Exposure NR is set to On. - Improves continuous shooting at Hi speed so that it can be used as long with the flash as without the flash.

The 42.4 MP sensor combines gapless on-chip lens design and AR (anti-reflective) coating on the surface of the sensor’s glass seal to dramatically improve light collection efficiency, resulting in high sensitivity with low-noise performance and wide dynamic range. This allows the camera to shoot at an ISO range of 100 to 25600 that is expandable to ISO 50 to 1024002.
