Sony is rumored to announce the new A99II A-mount camera which will replace the A99. The upcoming Sony A99 Mark II full-frame A-mount camera is scheduled to be announced in mid-September, 2015.
According to latest Sony rumors, the A99 replacement is coming in mid-September 2015 and feature a new sensor as well as internal 4K recording.
Sony A99II announcement is said to bring also two new lenses. It will be launched with a new 24-105mm f/4.0 lens and a new Zeiss 85mm f/1.4 SSM.
Sony A99 Mark II Coming in Mid-September
For Sony, it looks like the E-mount is priority but the company also working on a A99II A-mount camera. The Sony A99II was planned to be announced along with the A7II full-frame mirrorless shooter back in November, 2014. But Sony decided to work on a more advanced version of the camera. We’ll also see if the 135mm f/1.8 SSM will be announced along the A99 Mark II.
