More details for the upcoming Canon 6D Mark II digital SLR camera have been leaked online.
According to latest CanonRumors, the Canon 6D successor – Canon EOS 6D Mark II will be released sometime in 2016 after the 5D Mark IV becomes available on the market.
The Canon 6D Mark II is the rumored DSLR to replace the current 6D model. Canon 6D Mark II is said to feature better specifications as well as a higher price tag.

The Canon 6D Mark II has been mentioned before as the DSLR camera could feature a tilting screen and Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology.

When we look at the previous announcement dates of Canon. The 5D Mark III was released in March 2012, while the EOS 6D announced at Photokina 2012 in Fall. So we can expect the 5D Mark IV to be announced in March 2016 than a possible announcement date for the 6D Mark II might be at Photokina 2016.
Canon EOS 6D Mark II will be unveiled after 5D Mark IV’s launch in late Q1 2016.
