Fujifilm is rumored to announce a X-Pro1 replacement; the X-Pro2 is said to feature a new EXR III processor.
According to latest Fuji rumors, the upcoming X-mount mirrorless camera will be launched by the end of 2015 with 4K video recording feature and powered by the EXR III image processor.
It is expected that the X-Pro2 will be the first camera to feature the new EXR III image processing engine as the most recent X-series cameras such as the X-T1 is using the EXR II processor.
Fujifilm X-Pro2 Will Be Powered by a Faster Processor
The rumor mill likes to talk about the not yet announced Fujifilm X-Pro2 as the X-mount mirrorless camera has become the most talked model on the new.
When we look at the previously rumored specs for the X-Pro2 we can say the mirrorless camera will feature a 24-megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensor, built-in WiFi, dual SD card slots, and a tilting display.
Fuji is currently selling the X-T1 for is available for about $1,200 and the good-old X-Pro1 is selling for about $900. Price of the Fuji X-Pro2 is expected to be about 20% to 30% more expensive than the X-T1.
