Canon Rumored To Announce New DSLR Cameras, EF 11-24mm f/4L and EOS M3, Next Week

Canon is rumored to announce new digital SLR cameras, long-waited EF 11-24mm f/4L wide-angle zoom lens, EOS M3 mirrorless camera and various PowerShot compact models next week.

The company is reportedly planning to reveal two new high megapixel pro DSLR cameras featuring sensor resolution around 50-megapixel. Details as below.

The major announcement is said to include the entry-level EOS 750D / Rebel T6i DSLR camera and EF 11-24mm f/4L lens which has been leaked several times in the past. A brand new EOS M3 which is expected to feature advanced core specification than the current EOS M and EOS M2 models and several Powershot compact models.

As expected the company is on the road to announce several new DSLR and mirrorless cameras.  The two of the high-end Canon DSLRs expected to feature around 50-megapixel full frame image sensors. The name of these Canon DSLRs unknown at the moment but expected to have a name like EOS 5Ds or EOS 3D. The difference between these two models will be the anti-aliasing filter.  One of them will have an AA filter and other will not.

Along with the two big-megapixel models mentioned above, the 5D Mark IV were also reported before for early 2015 launch. It is expected to feature a low-megapixel count (around 36MP) a direct competitor to the Nikon D750. It’s not clear if we’ll see a 5D Mark IV next week.
