More Canon EOS 7D replacement information surfaced over the web. As previously mentioned the Canon EOS 7D DSLR camera is rumored to be discontinued by the end of June 2014.
Now according to recent sources, more dealers around the globe that the EOS 7D is either “out of stock” or has reached “end of life”. This is just another confirmation that a replacement Canon 7D camera is on the horizon.
A speculation is also mentioned that the official announcement would be around August 18. The EOS 7D replacement could also feature a new STM kit lens with an L zoom.
More Canon EOS 7D Replacement Rumors
Canon 7D will be discontinued this June in order to make room for the 7D Mark II. Some prototypes of the Canon EOS 7D replacement camera will be testing during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brasil.
Previous rumors stated that Canon 7D replacement camera [7d Mark II] to be announced at Photokina event this September.
