Canon is rumored to announce a new ultra-wide zoom lens this year. The new Canon lens is expected to be the replacement for the current EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM.
According to recent rumors, the new ultra-wide angle zoom lens will feature constant f/4 aperture and IS (image-stabilization).
The upcoming Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/4 IS USM will be available for APS-C sensored DSLRs and this lens probably designed for the upcoming Canon EOS 7D Mark II with weather sealing feature.
