Sony is rumored to be preparing a big announcement in May. This will include Sony A77 Mark II A-mount camera and probably three more full frame mirrorless FE lenses for Sony A7 and A7r cameras.
Sony has a very limited selection of lenses that can natively be used with the new A7 and A7r full frame mirrorless cameras. As we previously posted and according to Sony’s roadmap, more FE lenses are on the way and expected to be announced in May. See below for the details of these three FE lenses.

We all know that Sony will announce two new FE lens in the near future and they are most likely a wide angle zoom and a fast prime lens. Zeiss 16-35mm f/4 could be the wide angle zoom and sure the widely expected Zeiss 35mm f/1.4 may be the fast prime lens for full frame mirrorless cameras. This fast prime lens could also be a 85mm f/1.8 or f/1.4. We’ll wait and see.
