DxOMark published their test results for the Nikon D4s DSLR camera which is currently body only priced for $6,496.95 at Amazon. Nikon D4s sensor test results shows the camera scored a point of 89 and achieves 12th place overall in DxOMark sensor rankings.
Nikon D4s digital SLR camera officially announced back in February, 2014. This is a very high score for Nikon D4s DSLR camera as the high-end model produced excellent color depth and low light scores.
The score is on a par with its predecessor D4 and the full-frame Nikon Df and discontinued Nikon D3s model. According to rankings this score is also behind the Nikon D600/610 and D800 models.

From DxOMark conclusion:
“Although Nikon has improved a number a features, and added several video-oriented functions most of these have been achievable by upgrading the processor. Although some slight gains have been made minimizing shadow noise and expanding the dynamic range, sensor performance is largely unchanged. That’s not to say the D4s isn’t compelling in anyway, as it is, but anyone that expected significant gains in performance are going to have to wait for the Nikon D5.”
