Egami has discovered another patent filed by Canon. The new patent describes the EF 24-85 f/3.5-5.6 IS lens which looks like to be a new kit lens for full frame Canon DSLRs.
Along with the non-L EF 24-85 f/3.5-5.6 IS lens, Canon patent also shows a EF 24-70 f/4L IS lens. Both lenses appear to be less expensive kits for full frame DSLR cameras. Canon currently has EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM lens in the lineup.
