Sony is rumored to announce two new NEX cameras with full frame sensors on October 16. The upcoming Sony NEX-FF cameras will have Olympus OM-D like design.
Previously the NEX full frame camera rumored to be very similar and 20% bigger than the NEX-7 design. Now recent rumors say that
“Sony has three different prototype designs and instead of going on the classic NEX-7 design they decided to go for the Olympus OM-D like design“.

Sony Full Frame NEX Camera Will Have Olympus OM-D Like Design
The full frame NEX camera is previously rumored to be called Sony NEX-9 but the name is not clear yet. So Sony’s NEX-FF, the full frame e-mount camera will have the many control that NEX-7 has and the grip will be similar to NEX-7 but the viewfinder of the camera will be in the middle. On the other hand the body size will be a little bigger than current Sony RX1 full frame compact cameras.
Sony to announce a cheaper version of full frame NEX camera that feature 24MP sensor and priced around $2000 to compete Nikon D600 and Canon 6D cameras.
