Canon EOS 70D Dual Pixel CMOS Auto-Focus Test Videos
The Polish website Optyzcne has posted a several videos showing the AF performance of the new Dual Pixel AF technology from Canon. This AF technology has been introduced with the newly announced Canon EOS 70D Dual Pixel CMOS Auto-Foucus system.
The performance definitely looks better than liveview autofocus. Theyhave used both an STM lens, as well as an EF 100 f/2.8L IS macro lens.
Canon EOS 70D is an APS-C camera with a brand-new 20.2MP “Dual Pixel CMOS AF” sensor and features 19-point AF module from the EOS 7D for viewfinder shooting, touchscreen control via its fully articulated 3″ LCD, and built-in Wi-Fi.
