Egami, the Japanese Photography blog spotted a new Canon lens patent. Patent covers the new Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS II USM lens. This lens will be the next iteration of the CanonEF 70-200mm f/4L USM lens.
The old EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM lens was released in 2006, and priced around $1,000. Canon will put another 70-200 in their lineup, the image stabilized EF 70-200mm f/4L IS.
