The Nikon D7100 is currently shipping in Europe. Amazon Germany lists the availability as 6-10 days from third party resellers. Amazon Germany listed D7100 body with a price tag €1159 and Nikkor 18-105 body+kit sales price is €1399. Also Nikon D7100 started to ship in US on March 14 (today)
