Nikon D5200 contains a sensor made by Toshiba. According to Chipworks, it looks like Toshiba has managed to get their APS-C sensor inside Nikon’s D5200. The sensor inside the Nikon D5200 camera is made by Toshiba. This is what Chipworks discovered after they took apart the D5200:
